You will get an accurate property in-person valuation valuation and where we think it should sit in the market. It’s free and there’s no obligation to sell if you change your mind.
Selling with us
When you’re ready to sell, we’ll make sure you have a stand out sale board, the perfect Rightmove listing, great photos, acurate floorplans and an up to date EPC. We have no hidden tie-ins and no credit agreements and we’re here to make selling your property as easy as possible.
Managed viewings
We will manage and host the viewings, we’ll take care of the scheduling (at your convenience, of course).
Sale agreed
Our team will handle the negotiations and provide support after the sale is agreed. We’re here to help until the completion date and the keys change hands.

Our floorplans can help buyers to get an overview of your home. A buyer might be looking to make an offer based not just on the home as it exists in the present, but on their vision for how the space could be used in the future.
We will measure up and produce your floorplans, the property floorpans will be displayed on your Rightmove listing.
Energy Performance Certificate
An Energy Performance Certificate tells you how energy efficient a property is and you must have an EPC when you’re selling a property.
We’ll take care of your Energy Performance Certificate, it’s included within our fee.
An EPC contains:
- information about a property’s energy use and typical energy costs
- steps to improve a property’s energy efficiency and save money
